Joe Thomas is a seasoned saxophonist based out o, Arizona and Brooklyn, New York. With over 19 years on the saxophone and 12 years as a professional performer, he brings a bold, expressive voice to a wide range of musical settings. A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Jazz Performance, Joe has performed with some of today’s most influential musicians, including Ben Wendel, Jeremy Pelt, and Alex Sipiagin.

Joe’s versatility spans far beyond jazz. He has performed in Arizona’s top jazz orchestras, held a residency with Dick Griffin’s big band in Manhattan, and played extensively in genres such as reggae, cumbia, punk, ska, norteño, choro, R&B, pop, and experimental rock. Whether in a high-energy trio, a full ensemble, or a solo setting with backing tracks, Joe delivers compelling performances rooted in improvisation, collaboration, and stylistic range.
